Polypropylene
PP resin (Polypropylene) is a lightweight, semi-crystalline general-purpose thermoplastic synthetic resin, formed by the polymerization of propylene monomers. It is one of the five common plastics and possesses excellent properties such as low density, high heat resistance, resistance to acids and alkalis, and non-toxicity and odorlessness. It is widely used in industry and daily life.
Product Description
1. High heat resistance: The melting point is relatively high, allowing safe use at temperatures ranging from 100°C to 140°C. It is one of the few plastic materials that can be heated in a microwave oven.
2. Chemical stability: It can resist the corrosion of most acids, alkalis, salts, and various organic solvents.
3. Mechanical properties: It is lightweight with a density less than 1 (able to float on water), and has good impact resistance and flexural strength.
4. Safe and non-toxic: It has no odor, is non-toxic, and has no oral toxicity, meeting food-grade safety standards.
