Citric acid
Citric acid (also known as citrate, with the chemical formula C₆H₈O₇) is a widely existing natural organic weak acid, with a refreshing sour taste and excellent chelating cleaning ability. It is commonly found in citrus fruits and is widely used in the food and household cleaning industries.
